Why it matters

The cost of poor access
to healthcare is measurable.

UK employees now take an average of 9.4 sick days a year, the highest figure in over 15 years. Most absences follow the same pattern: something that could have been addressed early was left too long because getting an appointment took weeks. For senior people the cost shows up differently, as lost productivity rather than lost days, but the cause is the same. A named doctor with same-day access addresses both.

Same-day access

Employees get seen promptly by a named GP who knows them, reducing time away from work and preventing minor issues becoming serious ones.

Continuity of care

The same doctor, every time. No repeating medical history to a stranger. A GP who understands your team's health over time, not just at crisis point.

Delivered on-site

No clinic visits, no travel, no waiting rooms. Health checks, vaccinations, and consultations delivered at your workplace, around your schedule.

Built around your business.

No complex onboarding, no admin burden. Getting your team access to a named GP takes three straightforward steps.

01

03

We come to you

Your named GP arrives at your workplace on an agreed schedule. Regular, predictable, and built entirely around your team's working day.

Why a named GP

Not insurance.
Prevention.

Most corporate health policies cover treatment after something goes wrong. A named GP prevents things going wrong in the first place. Faster access to the right advice means fewer sick days, earlier intervention, and a team that feels genuinely looked after, not just covered.

Health insurance requires a claim. A GP requires a conversation. For the majority of employee health concerns (stress, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, early warning signs) a timely conversation with a trusted doctor is all that's needed. That's what we provide.

The two are not mutually exclusive. Many businesses run both. But for SMEs where every employee matters and every day of absence has a cost, proactive GP access often delivers more measurable value than an insurance policy that never gets used.

The doctor your team
will actually use.

Not the standard tick-box health check. Issues get resolved rather than just noted, and the accessibility fits around an actual working day. It’s the first health provision I’ve seen employees genuinely engage with rather than ignore.

Senior manager — professional services

I’d been attributing things to work stress for years that turned out to have a clinical explanation. Getting to the bottom of it properly — with results actually explained — made a significant difference to how I function day to day.

Director — financial services, Kent

The understanding I built about my own metabolic health has changed how I approach work, not just exercise. Measurable improvements in a few months, and the knowledge to sustain them without needing to keep going back.
